We would need to make sure you are eligible - we require photographic ID, proof of income (benefits letter, pay slip etc.) and proof of address. A deposit is required to secure your order.

We create your Direct Debit mandate. This form takes around 30 seconds to complete and allows our payment processor to take the required weekly fee from your bank account on a day of your choice.

Once your Direct Debit mandate is approved, we schedule a delivery date after the first payment has been collected.
